Receptionist and a pedicure lady were great, friendly and kind. The manicure lady (young brunette) seemed to have a bad day: no greeting, rude and edgy. I understand she might have been tired or not in a mood, but it’s not the reason not to say hi and give the attitude and negative energy to the client. On the side note, the coffees you offer are great.

Oksana did my nails again today, and she is truly the queen of magnet! Her work is absolutely flawless. My previous manicure lasted an incredible six weeks, and I only had to change it because my nails had grown too long—the manicure itself remained immaculate. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Amazing salon! I did my nails last week and gel on one nail got cracked for no reason. I contacted salon and they kindly offered me to remake that one nail. Additionally, I got all my nails freshened by a new top coat so that my manicure is shiny like new one! Amazing!!! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at LY Beauty London with Yulia! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Yulia adapted to my needs perfectly, and her touch was incredibly soft. I felt truly pampered and relaxed during my appointment. Lovely and professional staff, and my nails look beautiful. Something to keep in mind is that they do Russian manicure, which features full cuticle removal, which I did not expect and would have asked not to have done, had I known. So something keep in mind.

Massage was fantastic and the use of the shower after made it a totally relaxing. Glad to have this spa retreat minutes from home.

The best manicure and pedicure I've ever had! Salon is spacious and so clean. Staff are really friendly, thorough and quick. Really really happy with my experience. I had booked and would recommend, you can walk in and wait but it did get busy after working hours finished. Will be back soon

Amazing! I was going somewhere else for years and I will only go to Viktoira now. She is the best. She does the most natural gel manicure. Also, my friend goes there and does designs and they are always SO cute! She’s the best.
