I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. Had an amazing experience i booked the beauty post because of the offer advertised on instagram and thought lets take a chance as i’ve never been here and im so glad i did! kaothar was absolutely amazing, doesnt rush you, listens to what you want and want to achieve and gives you honest advice and recommendations. She is caring and so professional at her work really talented! I ended up spending like 3 hours as i got more treatments than i initially booked for but left super happy! I was especially exited & impressed she does halal brows and they were perfect i will be back always my new spot

The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.
