Rita was lovely and friendly, attentive to my concerns and gave me a smart haircut and keratin treatment. Her colleagues were also welcoming and friendly too. I’m glad i chose this hairdressers having travelled across London to visit it. I will definitely return again!

I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Had an amazing experience i booked the beauty post because of the offer advertised on instagram and thought lets take a chance as i’ve never been here and im so glad i did! kaothar was absolutely amazing, doesnt rush you, listens to what you want and want to achieve and gives you honest advice and recommendations. She is caring and so professional at her work really talented! I ended up spending like 3 hours as i got more treatments than i initially booked for but left super happy! I was especially exited & impressed she does halal brows and they were perfect i will be back always my new spot

Had my PRP and exosome treatment with Yasmina today and I’m really happy with how it went. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable straight away, she explained what she was doing as we went along and was really gentle with the treatment. The whole appointment was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Yasmin was easy to talk to and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely recommend her.
