I was very nervous at first,but after Tina explain to me what to do and for me to relax it was ok. But i must say Tina was very comforting we laughed and talk the entire time. I felt much lighter and not sleepy as am always. I will continue with my Colonic every month. Tina made me very comfortable, thank you for being so friendly and welcoming.
