She was incredibly professional, gentle and reassuring, with perfect English, and explained every step very clearly. wonderful experience. they got me in last minute and actually performed thorough extractions, which my skin so desperately needed after two months in Bali. great energy in the space, lovely manager (owner?), and everything was clean. they have a sign in the bathroom informing guests that the water used in treatments is purified/filtered through osmosis, so that was comforting to read.
