The service is great right from stepping through the door - I am always offered tea :-) Even though Anna doesn't see me often, she remembers me and cuts/dries my hair really well. I don't often go after work but that was a relaxing way to end the day!

I had the best experience with Shan. Shans studio that was very clean and welcoming. We sat down for a in-depth consultation which i hugely appreciate as she also gave me her opinion on what would be better when regarding my anatomy and what i was looking for. Shan was also very respecting when coming to filming and asked for my preferences. when doing my lips, she checked in often to see how i felt, her work is truly beautiful and she had given me exactly what i wanted and more. i will definitely be booking again.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair colored (highlights, etc.) and a haircut here. The service was extremely professional, and the staff were warm and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing experience. It was so calming and relaxing. Kirsten was really lovely, accommodating and friendly. I could have stayed forever. I walked away feeling very pampered and well looked after. I'm usually very picky with what I do with my hair as I have afro hair which I'm quite precious about keeping healthy and how I like it and I was so pleased that my hair feels really clean and buttery soft several days later. I went to have my B12 injection at @hausofsml, what a fantastic experience that was. Shan is extremely professional & gentle with her work. The studio was very bright, clean, the space felt super zen & welcoming. I loved it. I was terrified of the needle, but Shan made sure that I was good, comfortable & pain free!
