Really informative, after having two hair transplants this was a perfect consultation to just find out more about my hair and what can be done in the future for more density and healthy hair/scalp. Just had a consultation with a senior consultant. Sophie is really knowledgable she explained all the options in a clear and concise manner so you would know exactly what to expect from the treatment. I will definitely be going again soon to start my treatment and track the progress. I strongly recommend the 360 hair clinic to anyone who want to treat or prevent hair loss.

She provided me with comprehensive medical-based information of my hair loss, which was reassuring of the level of knowledge she has to advice the most appropriate treatment. Although the initial consultation was free of charge, there was not any pressure for me to make any decision of whether buying any service.

Had a very detailed explanation of my treatment throughout. Everything transparent which suits me as a very detail- type of person. Sophie is super knowledgeable and professional but at the same time down to earth and doesn’t seem to mind lots of questions. I am looking forward to seeing the physical improvements to my hair loss. Such a positive experience, Sophie talked through all of the different options in detail in the free consultation and gave personalised guidance in a way which was really helpful for someone who has been struggling with hair loss and trying to decipher what to listen to and avoid in all the information available online. Sophie is extremely professional & knowledgeable about hair loss & the treatments she provides. I had no hesitation in booking in for a course of 3 PRP treatments after my initial consult with her. Her personable manner quickly put me at ease & she made a treatment you would imagine to be painful, pretty much pain free. She was very thorough, taking pictures prior to the treatment to use as a reference & tailoring the PRP injections to my hair loss. Having been elsewhere prior to finding Sophie, I feel that I'm in very safe hands & am extremely hopeful about the outcome for my hair regrowth.
