I was so pleased with my experience. I have never had my hair dyed before and as a natural blonde I wanted to go a few shades lighter. I was worried that it would be a shock to me and that it would be too light compared to my natural hair but Karen reassured me. Karen did an amazing job and I have never been more happy with my hair. I asked for only a small trim and he made sure not to go past how much I’d asked for. Karen advised me on products to use for my hair aswell as hair care routines for my curls. I am so impressed and will definitely be coming back, thankyou so much.

Great experience! My lashes were a little damaged from having lots of lash lifts in the past and Piera didn’t push me into getting another like some salons may have done. Instead she offered another treatment and gave me great tips to restore the health of my lashes! Much appreciated!

I had a manicure and pedicure here today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. 😍 My French nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. The nail technician was so lovely, professional, and incredibly thorough. The salon was clean, cool, and really comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. This place is exceptional. I’ve been going for a few years now, and the quality across every artist has been consistently excellent. The girls are super friendly and warm, too. One of (if not) the best nail spots in London! So lucky to have them on my doorstep!

Second time here in Hayato, but an Art Director named Taiki cut my hair today. From the welcoming to shampooing and the complimentary shoulder and back massage and the haircut that I requested - AMAZING!!! Very personalized service! I can’t go to any other Salons anymore because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Hayato London always brings out the best in you! Highly recommended!!!

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. I left looking and feeling ten years younger with a very stylish hairstyle, and expertly coloured by his lovely Albanian colleague. Highly recommend this top London salon.

I’ve been coming here for my manicure and pedicure since the end of 2025, and every single visit has been even better than the last. I always leave happier than I arrived!
