After trying so many different nail salons across London - I’ve finally found a consistently great salon. My BIAB manicures and gel pedicures have been exceptional and the staff are so nice - such a hidden gem in Canary Wharf and couldn’t recommend them more!

I had my first ever Russian manicure and honestly, I’m blown away! I’ve never seen my cuticles look so clean and tidy—my hands look brand new. The level of precision and care was next level. I didn’t realise how much of a difference the Russian technique makes until now. My BIAB nails are perfectly shaped, super neat, and still going strong over a week later. If you’re thinking about trying a Russian manicure, don’t hesitate—it’s a total game changer and she’s amazing at it! 💅🏽🖤

I’ve been to the nail spa several times now and they never miss! My nails always come out thin and natural-looking — exactly how I like them, and nowhere else does it quite the same. The service is amazing, the staff are polite and super efficient, and even though they work quickly the results are always flawless. I’ve never been disappointed since finding this place :)

Good environment. Preparation of the nail and finish is amazing. However, design was not as expected, french was too thick after requesting a thin line. I will return for classic looks in plain colours

Polly is amazing and the studio is so well decorated, with pleasant scent and music too! Had deep tissue massage, French gel manicure, and eyebrow tint so far, loved all 😍 will come back for sure!

The staff are very kind and friendly in this store. They take their time and create amazing nails. One concern would be that there is no visible sink for hand washing or washing equipment used on multiple customers. An area for clients to put their bags would maybe be useful in the future instead of on the floor. Although the customer chairs are comfortable they are not fit for purpose and do not fit with the tables well. Staff could perhaps consider making customers aware of +£10 for white tip, prior to performing, increasing cost from £37.50 to £47.50.

I had a wonderful experience with Polina. She did a very detailed manicure with great patience and care, and I really appreciated how attentive she was to my request to polish the cuticles instead of cutting them. She respected that preference perfectly and worked very gently throughout. My nails look incredibly thin, neat, and beautifully shaped - exactly how I like them. The finish is very precise and elegant. You can really tell she takes pride in doing meticulous work. Thank you, Polina, for such a careful and professional manicure. I will definitely be coming back!
