Very professional, very relaxed. My first of three appointments to see if waxing my body within an inch of its life is the life style for me. Looking forwards to my next visit.

I had such a lovely reflexology session with Mel. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease from start to finish, and her kind, calming approach really stood out. The treatment itself was exactly what I needed and left me feeling so much better afterwards. Thank you so much!

Asked for a relaxing massage and got exactly that! Never had a more relaxing massage and I've had a lot over the years!!! Very well paced, pressure was perfect so overall very good experience. I will be back for a firmer one next time. 5*

Absolutely wonderful experience. Friendly and relaxing. At the end of the session you were not rushed to leave. The water and fruit bowl were a bonus treat. Definitely going again.

After a 2 Hour Journey to get to Portland Seaweed Spa earlier this afternoon after various diversions of road traffic and accidents, I finally managed to have my Lymph Massage with Kelly. Though I got there for 2pm instead of 1.30pm, Kelly was very flexible to add the half hour onto the end, so I ended up with my 2 Hour Treatment after all! Thank you Kelly, I really do appreciate it 💛💙💛💙💛

This was my first visit to Portland Seaweed Spa, and my first ever Japanese Head Spa -and I was really impressed! Katie W was very welcoming and friendly, and explained what the treatment would entail before getting me settled on the couch. Then the most wonderful, relaxing experience began - 90 minutes of bliss! My head and hair have never been so pampered, and the face mask and hand & arm massage add an extra degree of relaxation. Katie is an excellent therapist, and I thoroughly recommend this treatment. 💜
