My tense muscle knots felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, and the pain I had was significantly reduced. The deep tissue massage was great. Relaxing but with a good amount of pressure and I was asked about adjusting the pressure too.

What a lovely massage! I’d heard pregnancy massages weren’t that great because of the position and pressure needing to be super light. This massage was actually a massage! I’m in my third trimester and so my hips and lower back is a bit sore (and I always have sore shoulders and upper back) Faye gave me a fantastic massage - focussing on all the areas I needed to feel release. She also included some ASMR bits too which was dreamy. Thanks so much Faye! ❤️

I had the most relaxing pregnancy massage with Kathryn. I was made to feel extremely comfortable, the massage made me feel like a new woman as I have been suffering with leg cramps and back ache in my third trimester. I couldn't recommend Kathryn enough.
