I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a Korean lash lift and tint, along with a brow and lip wax with Sian today and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Sian was so friendly and welcoming, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She was professional, gentle and took great care to make sure everything was done perfectly.
