A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

This was my first time at the spa and it was a great experience! I was so relaxed I was rushing out to avoid traffic and take a nap😂 The spa was spotless, the staff were informative and welcoming, and everything ran like clockwork with no wait times. I was a few minutes late, but they were very accommodating. I was a bit nervous about the treatment, but felt completely at ease in their hands. Highly recommend! About to book a package for both my mother and I!

I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

It’s the mostly greatness place in Greenwich to go for have an amazing awesome treatment of SPA and buying the mostly greatness SPA products, all staffs are qualified, professional, friendly, helpful, kind and caring individuals with great respect to their customers who workers brilliantly serving their customers and clients. I would say this place are my favourite place in Greenwich.

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.
