Had my first float and didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. My mind was really chatty at first, then something just switched and I dropped into deep relaxation — completely weightless. Felt slightly wobbly getting out (as expected), but then super calm and even a bit euphoric on the drive home. The biggest difference was the next day — I felt much less stressed and able to take things in my stride. It genuinely felt like a reset, not just a one-off spa experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Mia had suggested sculptra for my skin a while back but the price was what was standing in the way for me as i would need at least 4 treatments. Anyway fast forward to the wonderful offer of half price treatments and 4 treatments later , i am absolutely thrilled with the results. Even after the first treatment within a week i could see the change. Each day that goes by my skin just gets better, patience is key with this treatment and i recommend the extra lidocaine for numbing it makes things a lot more comfortable . And knowing its only going to keep getting even better is so exciting .

I've been going to Mia for nearly six years now and she always does an amazing job and is always so kind and helpful. It is my wedding next week and Mia has done my filler top ups, botox and facials and I feel so confident in my skin I hardly wear makeup anymore. Did 30 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by 30 minutes in the float pod. Felt incredibly relaxed afterward and all my stress melted away. Highly recommend.
