In much need for a massage as training alot especially running which is sore on the body. Told Kay I'd a sore knee so he focused on that and associated pain Didnt feel good at the time but definitely feel alot better now thankfully

First time customer and as I hadn't had a massage in a while I knew it was going to be sore Although I feel tender at the minute I can already feel the relief in my calves. I came in with a frozen shoulder. First time here by the way. No exaggeration, he gave me the most methodical, amazing deep tissue massage I’d ever had! He really worked hard. He focused his energy in trying to loosen up the mess I had got my shoulder and top right part of my back into, and practical pulled everything apart, like a mechanic would fix a car. Very intelligent and focused massage. Like I said, I never had as good a massage breakdown as I had with Kayode. On top of that, he’s a real gentleman, such a nice hard working guy. I will definitely be back again!! 120% recommend!

Had my first hot stone and bamboo massage with Gayle yesterday and it was honestly the best hour of my life, the best money I’ve spent! Gayle was amazing, from her energy and ability to read my energy, to her fantastic touch. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is obvious from the minute you enter the room. Her manipulation of my muscles and her pressure was perfect, and the technique of doing the massage whilst lying in your side supported everything with comfy cushions was amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment, and if you’re thinking about booking do not hesitate! 💖
