Diane is a perfectionist. I have very fine hair which has thinned from taking oral chemotherapy. Diane asked lots of questions about my lifestyle so she could choose the best extensions for my needs. She used different techniques and I am so happy with end result . I feel like myself again. Love my hair again 💕

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

Absolutely loved the set of lashes I had. Unfortunately due to a slight personal reaction I did have to remove them early then I would have liked but I absolutely loved them while I had them I just had abit of sensitivity unfortunately

Absolutely in love with my new extensions. From a short pixie cut to now, length & volume. After having tape in’s fitted terribly I knew I needed a professional hair extension fitter. Diane is amazing, the colour match was spot on, the fitting was very very comfortable & the cut & blend to finish has made it to look so amazing. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere & Diane puts you so at ease, with plenty knowledge on how to look after your hair. I would strongly recommend to anyone young & old. I love mine x

Lovely to meet Diane - the founder Amazing person and company but most of all the most experienced iv had in 20 years of having extensions. I flew from Jersey to see my sister and researched where to get my hair done close and of course with good reviews. Her skills are Mind blowing and she really does care about the health of ur hair. Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her
