My experience with Bree was so amazing! Since moving to Ottawa in January I hadn’t been able to find a stylist who I could trust. I am very picky about my hair and Bree killed it! I am so happy with the result. The salon was beautiful and clean!

It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

Teagan gave me the full service treatment she always provides this week! She set me up with cute butter yellow french and custom design work to brighten my mood for summer! I had the most amazing experience with Cathy for my Korean lash lift and tint! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results are absolutely beautiful — my lashes look longer, darker, and perfectly lifted without feeling overdone. Cathy is meticulous and clearly takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way! ✨

Experience was overall really good. My daughter and I booked for mani/pedi and a full set of acrylics. 4 stars because my daughter had to wait 40 mins after the start time of her appointment because it was so busy. She finally got a technician when I was finishing up my pedi. Other than that no complaints!

My DD is thrilled and gleaming. Thanks to Anna, she is all set for her first day of school. We’ll definitely be booking Anna again. Full dip set with tips. Anna did an amazing job matching my DD’s French tip designs.

Fika is amazing!! The owners incredibly gracious and kind and have created a warm, engaging and CoVid friendly environment. I’ve had my hair and extensions coloured and cut, and I’ve had a dip mani, regular mani and full shellac pedicure too - best I’ve ever had!! Can’t recommend them more highly :)

Cathy at Permanent Beauty did an incredible job on my lash lift and tint today. I’ve had lash lifts before, but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. She took so much time and care to make sure everything was just right, even asking how much curl I wanted and tailoring it to my eye and lid shape. She was so kind, gentle, and detail-oriented, and the results are beautiful. Her studio is also absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her!

Best lash lift!!! I have very stubborn, straight lashes and Cathy could lift them EVERY TIME!! Knowing she’s in Kanata and also the sweetest makes it a bonus!!! My go-to everytime I want to lift my lashes to the heavens, I trust her!!
