It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

My daughter and I booked for mani/pedi and a full set of acrylics. 4 stars because my daughter had to wait 40 mins after the start time of her appointment because it was so busy. Cathy at Permanent Beauty did an incredible job on my lash lift and tint today. I’ve had lash lifts before, but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. She took so much time and care to make sure everything was just right, even asking how much curl I wanted and tailoring it to my eye and lid shape. She was so kind, gentle, and detail-oriented, and the results are beautiful. Her studio is also absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her!
