My lashes have never looked this good or felt this comfortable! She made the whole process so relaxing, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. Beautiful little spot in the heart of Liverpool. They did a fantastic job on my brows this morning! I suggest leaving extra time to get there and get a parking spot as it took me way longer than expected and ended up running 5 minutes late. They were lovely about it and still brought me in to do my brows.

She was a new lash tech for me, I went in worried but she honestly did so good! For smaller eyes, the lash is full and visible and still suits me. The service was also quick and comfortable. Definitely coming back for infills. I love it alot!

I enjoyed my first time getting my lashes done and I loved the results. Kristen is so thorough and she makes sure I love the result and am completely satisfied with my look. Also, she is such a lovely person and has such good conversations and stories to tell. She made it such a comfortable environment and a safe space to be in.
