Since it was my first time, they explained the aftercare instructions, which i really appreciated. The place is also very relaxing. The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

Grace took the time to explain the different options that were available and I felt quite reassured that I would be well looked after. It was much appreciated.
