I went in for a full-head balayage, root lightening and a trim, and I’m really happy with the result. Lily was brilliant — incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She really listened to what I wanted and I felt I was in very safe hands. The salon itself is lovely: clean, welcoming and friendly, with a really relaxed atmosphere. I had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely come back. Highly recommend Lily and The Den!

I had the most amazing experience with Rabiaa yesterday! ❤️ After four hours of colour correction, treatment, a fresh cut and extensions, I genuinely walked out feeling like a new woman! ✨ Rabiaa and her assistant Malibu, were absolutely amazing throughout — so professional, attentive and clearly incredibly talented. Fantastic experience at Salon 971! Honey gave me one of the best full body massages I've had. I usually avoid massages in salons because of the noise, but the treatment rooms are so well separated that all I could hear was relaxing music. I completely switched off. I also had a blowdry with Shirly. She convinced me to try waves for my dinner, even though my fine hair usually doesn't hold them. I'm so glad I trusted her as they looked amazing and I received compliments all evening. Thank you Honey & Shirly!

I've been here several times now, and the service has always been excellent. My white hairs are covered perfectly every time, with no colour left on my ears or skin. If you ask for a natural look, they really know how to achieve it—the results are always beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The best part of my last visit was being able to add a spontaneous pedicure. It was the perfect finishing touch, and now I'm all set for my vacation. Highly recommend!

Parveen was very attentive and did a very good job on shaping such small nails on my daughter’s hands and applied the nail polish very well too! The best part was the glitter top coat. It made the whole experience so magical for my daughter! Thank you Parveen!
