The best salon in Bali! Today I had Russian manicure/pedicure with French gel polish. Perfection! I also tried eyelash tint and lift and eyebrow tint and laminate. Came out so good, my eyes are popping! Lastly came back for my second blonde nanoplasty premium treatment. Keeps my hair straight, soft and healthy for months!! I will be back 🙏

Came in for a Nanoplasty treatment today, had a lovely local lady doing my hair, she was so patient and took great care of my bleach blonde hair. Although it was a 5 hour appointment, it was very gentle and thorough, I would definitely recommend this salon and this treatment, the hair looks great!

I had an amazing experience! Sheila was so kind, funny, and welcoming, making the appointment a pleasure. I went in for Keratin extension removal, babylights, and a new installation. We had issues lifting my hair, but Sheila handled it with patience and professionalism. She even stayed three hours after closing to ensure I left with my dream hair! Staff are very friendly, salon was very clean. I was given a cold hand towel and water when I sat down which was great given the temp outside. I showed a picture of what I wanted to my stylist and she cut it exactly. Will back next time I am in Bali. Thank you so much.

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

My favourite hair experience of my whole trip. Andi is the sweetest stylist and did SUCH an incredible job. It’s hard to find a stylist who will do a proper blow out without using hot tools and it is PERFECT! So was this is the last day of my trip but I will definitely be back next time. I had my hair nanoplasty done here and they did a great job. It took them nearly 4 hours as they did not rush through the process, keeping in mind every little detail. Salon was clean and comfortable and the staff super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I’ll go there again for my hair treatments

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

The salon technician was very efficient and did a good job. The only unfortunate part of the experience was that they did not consult with me prior about there being a change in price and I was charged more that the price that was provided and they advised that it was due to my hair being long. I have googled and hair to the shoulders or arm pit length is considered medium but I guess with Byron Beauty lounge, my hair is considered long. Was just a bit disappointed about that but the salon technician was good.

Amazing! my technician was so sweet, fast and efficient. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. I tipped her extra because she was so good. I asked her to file my nails a little bit more than she had done and she was so kind and did it with a smile. Other places would make you feel bad for asking for what you want. I highly recommend going here, I'll be coming again to try out a moisturizing hair experience.

The staff were great. The service was fantastic, the Nanoplasy product left my hair beautiful and very soft, but it feels very straight and I was hoping there would be a bit of body, volume left in my hair as it was supposed to only be 80% straight but it feels 100% straight. Most women probably want that but I like a little volume will take some getting used to…..

It's comforting when the stylist asks what procedures/treatments you've had on your hair before attempting to do bleaching etc. Lana even asked about my ancestral roots to be sure. Appreciated that they stayed on just to make sure that my hair was done right. They're a friendly bunch, toilet is clean, deco is simple yet welcoming. The collagen treatment I did has made my morning routines so much easier plus, I look smashing with my new crown! Thank you guys! 💜

I was very satisfied with everything!!! All three ladies at the salon are very attentive! Merry perfectly pre-colored my orange roots caused by henna, then colored my entire hair as well as the extensions, which she applied wonderfully. I also received a very relaxing scalp massage. My long hair was slightly trimmed, layered, and styled with beautiful curls. The visit was very pleasant for me, and I can recommend the salon 100%! Thank you❣️
