Always a warm friendly welcome from the staff and such a relaxing atmosphere. Claire always talks me through what she is going to do and re-assures me of the outcome if I ask her questions. It’s such a pleasure going there. And one of my friends wants to start coming there too as from next month so I’ve given her their details so she can arrange an appointment with them.

Found Stephen to be a very amiable person, and he knew exactly what I wanted (needed) without having to say much! The result was just what I wanted and looked 👌 perfect. So i completely damaged my hair through bleached box dye because times are tough and inflation … I can’t express how bad my hair was. I went to see Claire to see if she could help me out. What a miracle worker! She completely transformed my hair in one treatment!! I took some products home to try and my hair is getting stronger and feeling softer instead of straw-like with each wash at home and treatment with Claire. I can soon have it coloured and extensions put in (because i lost 3/4 of my hair through bleach) Claire is absolutely lovely and so knowledgeable, i love going to her!

Absolutely fantastic service from Lauren again today. Not only was my cut, exceptional she also added a toner to correct an awful colour that another salon had put on my roots before. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I certainly am! Thank you Lauren ❤️

Just perfect. I'm autistic and the atmosphere is super chill and quiet and not too overwhelming. Clare helped me so much and let me keep my fidget on me and gave me a towel for me face since I hate water on my face. I'm definitely recommending to everyone and going back every time
