Everyone was so warm & welcoming, really easy to chat to, the atmosphere was comfortable & relaxed. I had my hair coloured by Megan and then extensions fitted by Daisy, all in one day. They matched the colours up perfectly to my inspiration pics. I was supplied with drinks & they happily let me eat my snacks during my appointment. I managed to get lots of work done on my phone using their WiFi whilst I was there too, which was really helpful. Daisy gave me a personalised haircare kit & told me how to look after my new hair at the end of the appointment. 10/10 experience. Will highly recommend!

First time coming here and hadn't had a haircut in years so wanted lots taken off and a totally new look... Lara was amazing! We talked all the way through and she was so attentive and knowledgeable. My sister Sienna had her hair done with Riva and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She was really worried to start with about the colour, but Riva made her feel so comfortable and reassured straight away. She knew exactly what colour and highlights would suit her best and was brilliant with her from start to finish. Sienna’s hair turned out absolutely amazing and the blonde blended perfectly. Such a lovely experience and we would 100% recommend Riva to anyone wanting their hair done beautifully!

As always Meg has done my hair absolutely beautiful. She is the kindest person, but such a professional in advising the best for your hair. The salon is stunning, so clean and bright and you get a warm welcome, delicious coffee and just truly pampered. Love it!

I had such an amazing experience and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I was really worried about having my hair done and was nervous about how the blonde would turn out, but it came out absolutely incredible. The colour is perfect, exactly what I wanted, and my hair still feels amazing afterwards. I had Riva and she was honestly so lovely and talented. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, listened to everything I wanted, and reassured me throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work.

As somebody who was feeling extremely anxious after a bad experience elsewhere. I can not put into words how at ease and comfortable I felt. From my consultant with Lara to my hair appointment with Riva. The salon is spacious and clean with air con. (Added bonus) My hair needed lots doing to it but Riva transformed it. I left feeling super happy, Honestly could not recommend enough and have booked in for my next appointment. Thankyou Riva and Lara.

Conor as always did a great job of colouring my hair (regrowth). We also discussed alternative colours for my next visit which I’m excited about. Conor and Daisy offer a fabulous client tailored experience- the best salon in Canterbury! He also fixed my weave despite me not being booked in for that - so professional!
