Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

Megan is amazing as always with my hair, like most people im always skeptical when it comes to my hair and every single time i come for my appointment i leave a very happy client. She even squeezed me in when i was so desperate for extensions. 10/10 and place is beautifully decorated

This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Never had a bad experience at Perfectly Polished. Everyone is really knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The salon is beautifully presented with clients’ comfort in mind.

I cannot thank Cara enough for the outstanding job she did revamping my hair, I walked out the salon feeling incredible. A different salon had really bodged my hair and left me brassy and patchy. I was almost in tears from that experience but when I had a consultation with Cara and she put me straight at ease. She took so much time foiling my whole head with blonde and brown fixing the random colours, I felt so comfortable in her hands. I’ve never been so in love with my hair ♥️ I can not recommend Cara enough- Thankyou so much for giving me my confidence back xxx

Fantastic experience at Rapunzel's, Vicky and Kieran were both warm, welcoming and friendly which was lovely, especially as I'm a first-time customer. The salon being both LGBT+ and Neurodivergent friendly made me feel at ease and like I could be myself without fear or judgement. The haircut also turned out amazing! I'm very happy and will definitely be back in the future, thank you! ❤️

I was a tourist visiting Plymouth for a couple of weeks, and Nancy and the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Nancy also does a great job with eyelash extensions. Very excellent Salon!

Tanya is not just a nail stylist. She is a highly competent specialist who really knows what she is doing. A few months ago my toes and feet were in a very neglected state but after two very thorough pedicure, including removal of alot of hard skin I now have 'holiday feet' and sparkly toenails in February and cant wait to get into my flipflops! I also travel a 50 mile round trip to see her and will continue to do so

As always, thorough treatment by Nancy. Such a relaxing atmosphere always, never rushed. Feels like I’m walking on air after my luxury pedicure and nail varnish. The salon is always spotless and inviting.. All booked in for a facial, and luxury pedicure etc. for next time and a haircut in a few weeks .. the stylist and beauty therapists.. all great and friendly.
