Sam, you have absolutely saved our holidays! My daughter was in tears after a terrible haircut from another place, and we were both feeling really upset. I called Sam in a panic, and she kindly offered us an appointment that same day. Sam transformed my daughter’s hair with a beautiful restyle. I honestly can’t thank you enough, Sam. You were so kind, professional, and incredibly talented. You’ve made such a difference.

Styled by Shana is so good. She knows what she is doing and yet very humble. She can literally spend the entire day in your hair lol, she has never for once looked at time or be haste . Styled by Shana is definitely true to what she does 💯

Jazz is a lovely lady. She was very friendly and personable. I can see that she has years of experience of hair smoothing methods. I have had many Brazilian blow dries and she is one of a few hairdressers who does Nanoplasty in Kent. She also wants the client to leave the salon happy and satisfied with their treatments. I am looking forward to washing my hair and seeing how smooth and manageable my hair is post-treatment. Early signs are good. I will follow this up with an after wash review. Thanks Jazz, it was a pleasure meeting you today.

Best hairdresser we have found in a long time. Sam’s place is so calm and she is amazing with my children and all of our hair just falls into place afterwards! Added bonus that there is no one else in the studio! Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my hair. I went in thinking the front of my locks couldn’t be fixed because the front my locks fell out, but Shana fixed it and she did it so prefect. For the first time my hair didn’t hurt after having it re-twisted and it feels so light. I definitely will be rebooking to get my hair done again. Thank you so much Shane.

Jazz definitely knows what she is doing with natural hair. I have been hesitant to get my hair done (silk press) with stylists in UK for years but I took the risk with Jazz after seeing her results on social media, safe to say it paid off. She understood my concerns and was treated my hair with care and gentleness. The silk press looked great and lasted for weeks. I will be going back to get more treatments done to it. Thanks Jazz.

100 out of 10 experience as always with Shana. It was my first time getting a style with my locs and she did not disappoint. If you go in to get your hair done expect great conversation and expect to look your best afterwards.

I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shana. You deserve so much more.

I am so happy to have discovered Jazz, a warm, welcome resolute professional. My first visit for a silk press was seamless from being welcomed to the salon, talked through all the steps of the process, advised on at home care and the interesting conversation about all things under the sun. The process itself, I can only describe as SILKY! Jazz had the softest touch lol! I hardly felt her manipulating my hair into obedience but my scalp, strands and subsequent cut now bear the marks of professional care. I am so in love with my bob and my experience at JazzDalila. HIGHLY recommend for hair TLC.

Shana was great. Her service is really good & fast, she has a lot of knowledge when it comes to locs care, which is honestly hard to find in the Kent area. Happy I found someone that I can go to on a regular basis.

I can't recommend Hair by Jazz Dalila enough. My daughter went for a silk press and trim as a little treat. She's very shy and reserved, but Jazz immediately made her feel comfortable and at ease with her kind and gentle approach. The results were incredible. My daughter's hair has honestly never looked so healthy, shiny and full of life. You can tell Jazz really cares about the condition of your hair, not just how it looks when you leave the salon. My daughter came away feeling so much more confident and absolutely loved her hair. We'll definitely be making this a regular treat!
