Great. I felt welcome from the minute I went in the door. I struggle with scalp psoriasis . Bracken made me feel great about it and no judgement. My hair was broken, dry and bald in places due to the condition of my scalp. I left and my hair was soft, shiny and bright. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks xx

Took my 10 year old to get her hair done with Laura, she was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole appointment talking to both of us and making my daughter feel super comfortable. She took the time to ask exactly what my daughter wanted and her work was completely fabulous 👌 nothing less than the full princess treatment!
