I had initial appointment and treatment with Joy to address some sports-related shoulder injuries through acupuncture. The assessment itself was so comprehensive and she took the extra time to explain everything to me as I was quite inquisitive about the holistic practices. My body felt very loose and much more relaxed after the dry needling and we chatted about other things that have been causing me issues for future appointments. Super clean and friendly environment and would definitely recommend.

Thomas is a great acupuncturist! He’s been our family doctor for 8+ years and helped us many times with emergency back pain and all sorts of body pain due to stiff muscles or nervous tension. I didn't think I would ever describe someone who sticks needles into my back as kind and considerate, but they are the exact right words to describe Thomas. He is very (very) patient with me and has amazingly given me movement back into my shoulder which has been in incredible pain for over a year after a car accident. I have tried physio and traditional medicines but they didn't help much and I thought the pain was here to stay for good, but acupuncture is helping so, so much! I don't know how it works, but it works!! Highly recommend Thomas to anyone thinking about trying acupuncture.

Thomas was very sensitive to the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. The treatment was a mix of massage, cupping and acupuncture. It was immediately soothing and relieved my soreness. I recently had my second back laser pigmentation treatment with Connie and I’m already seeing really good results. She’s cautious, thorough and always assesses my skin carefully before starting, which makes me feel completely confident in her approach. The pigmentation has noticeably faded and my skin looks much more even. I also had Brazilian laser done, and she targeted a stubborn area I’d struggled with for years.
