I recently visited the Emperess Nails for a Gel overlay, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the experience! My nail technician, Vuyo was incredibly skilled and attentive. She listened carefully to my requests and worked her magic to create a stunning nail design. The salon itself is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and welcoming. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the high-quality products used. My nails look and feel amazing, and I've received countless compliments. Thoroughly impressed with the service at BOA Somerset West. I have taken a break from having my nails done due to some poor experiences at other branches. I went in cautious and a little sceptical, however, I had the best Royal Gel Hands service and I left feeling positve, pampered and my faith restored in having my nails done at salons. This was my second visit with Lungi. I was amazed at how strong my weak nails had become with the Gel overlay on. I had to miss a visit because I had been in hospital. I tried to let lungi know but there was no way I could contact her. I had another wonderful nail appointment and then my first full pedicure. I felt like I was being treated like a queen! Enjoying the pampering , massaging of my feet and legs and then sitting back with a delicious cup of tea topped with cream and a biscuit! Highly recommended !

Excellent service, my set always lasts 3 weeks or more no gel chipping or lifting. The chairs looks beautiful but unfortunately is extremely uncomfortable!!! Both the Mani& Pedi section. Would it be weird if I bring my own chair next time. 🤣
