Anna is wonderful. Super welcoming and friendly. I had booked in for an initial consultation. She really put me at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I felt so comfortable that we went ahead with treatment right there and then. Anna explained the procedure clearly to me, the aftercare, results etc. She chatted all throughout and was extremely lovely to chat to! Looking forward to seeing my results and would highly recommend Anna's clinic!

I had a consultation with Laima Online. It was a novelty for me.I asked about dry skin or how to balance the skin's moisture. I was really satisfied with this consultation, because during it the beautician diagnosed the type and condition of the skin, we found out the cause of dryness, examined the home care basket, and selected what is suitable for my skin at the moment and what is not. She chose other suitable cosmetics. I have already started using new products and noticed the first signs, the skin becomes fresher, the dryness has decreased. The next online consultation will be in a month

Going 2 Charlene for a few different treatments over a couple of yrs I’d been put off by someone in West Lothian as felt rushed , unexplained, and for things like lips /cheeks etc he didn’t build your shape correctly by not catering for the shape of my face etc and I was not happy with the results. Gave Charlene a go and was such a positive experience , explained the products , after a couple of treatments like lips and Botox recommended skin booster under eye polynucleotide and other treatments that have really made a big subtle difference and u really do get the inner glow, 100% recommend

My Appointment with Anna was Amazing! I was nervous about getting the Thread Lift to get rid of my Droopy Eye Lids. Wow it was not Painful at all. Slight jabs that’s all . I have been having monthly facials with Laima, since December 2024. I came to her, as I have recently started experiencing breakouts from hormonal acne. Laima is very professional and tailors each facial to your needs. My skin has improved significantly in a short space of time and my skin feels renewed and glowy after each session.
