Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

I have just had my 3rd laser treatment with Ellie. She is very knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. She dedicates her time in to making you feel as comfortable as possible and communicates perfectly. I feel very confident in her treating me, she never rushes appointments and explains in detail the process. She’s great!

Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I CAN rate Ellie as the most superb skin specialist! Her treatments are so magical. She really knows her stuff. Ellie has so much confidence in keeping my skin in its best shape. Iv been seeing Ellie for 5 years now and never have any skin issues or imbalance . From relaxing treatments to more intense target areas of concern she has it covered. Even sent me out looking beautiful with her new bb tint spf serum. so I left glowing in confidence !

Amazing service every time! I’ve had microneedling with Jess, and she is incredibly thorough, taking the time to make sure every part of the treatment is done with care. She always makes me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m looking forward to my next treatment and would highly recommend her!

I have been going to Vic for 7 years now. I would never go anywhere else. If I had a £1 for every time someone said I don’t look my age I would have a dozen homes I could buy all at once right now!! Seriously, the most professional and most perfectionist aesthetic nurse ever. I do recommend her to anyone interested in getting some work done and trust her completely .. 5 stars over 7 years!
