Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

Rhea is always so friendly, her practice is always super clean. Rhea had done botox on my forehead and around the eyes quite a few times now and i took the plunge today to have my smokers lines and the Nefertiti neck lift which includes the the jawline so im really looking forward to the results in a few weeks as i do feel Rhea is an artist and perfectionist.

Just finished my 4th microneedling session and will definitely be going back for more! The difference in my skin is so noticeable already. A massive thank you to Ellie, who has been amazing throughout all of my sessions, always going above and beyond with aftercare, listening to my skin concerns and giving me advice and suggestions on what treatments would best suit me. I’ve felt so comfortable and looked after throughout the whole process and couldn’t recommend Ellie enough! 🤍

I had the Botox in my masseter jaw muscles to help with teeth clenching and grinding. Vikki was amazing at talking me through the treatment and how long it would take to work, she was even really helpful about possible top up but I havnt had to have that as it's been amazing!, it has really helped and is something I will be coming back to Vikki for more treatments when it's needed

I recently went back for a laser hair removal top-up after around 6–8 months since my last treatment.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Before laser, I had to wax every 2–4 weeks and was constantly dealing with ingrown hairs, stubble, shadowing, and irritated skin. It felt like I was always thinking ahead, making sure I was shaved before going out or attending an event. It was time-consuming, stressful.Now, it’s a completely different story. The results have been fantastic, my skin is smooth and hair free, I no longer have to think. Stress free getting ready-best investment yet!

I am so happy with my current micro needling journey, Ellie is so lovely and knowledgeable, and gives such great advice each session. She genuinely really cares about helping you feel happy in your own skin. I’m noticing a massive difference in my acne scarring already, and can’t wait to see the results as the sessions go on. Added bonus that it’s anti ageing! Would recommend microneedling to anyone who wants to improve their skin, and I am finally starting to feel confident in mine. Thank you Ellie!

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!
