The consultation was incredibly thorough, and it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wanted to understand my skin before recommending any treatments. I saw Holly recently, in the height of summer. As a Rosacea sufferer my skin has been red and inflamed in the heat. Holly was so knowledgeable about my condition and suggestions for my treatment. My treatment with Holly was so cool and calming for my skin, it’s taken so much puffiness out too, I can’t quite believe the results. I will most definitely be making this a regular booking. I recently had a microneedling facial, and I can honestly say it was one of the best skincare treatments I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, the whole process felt professional, calming, and incredibly effective. Eve took the time to explain each step, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated how hygienic and thorough everything was. I could tell they really knew what they were doing .I will be booking again.

Dylan was great throughout my treatment there. Worked on both issues I'd mentioned during the recovery session using cupping and scraping. Then helped me through the cryochamber and sauna, both of which were amazing

Always a great welcome at the cryo lab , I've never done the body balancer before , it was all explained before hand and I was very much looking forward to 45 minutes to myself . Nice clean room , lights off and let the machine and suit do all the work . It was so relaxing my legs have felt great all day . Part of my recovery journey lymphatic drainage, helping to flush excess fluid, reduce swelling and improve circulation . Yet to really appreciate the results but that and the chamber i can definitely feel improvement. Would definitely recommend cryo lab .

Have just had the best facial exactly what I needed, Vicki did me a bespoke facial I always leave it to her to decide what to do after letting her know what my concerns are, and she never never fails.. My skin feels amazing, honestly cannot recommend enough ❤️
