Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I loved it in the chamber, and I also got a marathon PB shaving 14 mins off my previous! So it must have helped to! I will definitely be back pre events in Manchester

Dylan is not only kind and friendly. He definitely knows his stuff, anatomically, treatment & rehab wise. He uses modern techniques and equipment and discusses with you what he wants to do. It's not what he is going to do, so it's a collaborative session. Instils trust and takes an interest in you and listens to what your concerns are, which many health care professionals do not. I'd highly recommend Dylan

Dylan (Physio) based at Crylab has treated my shoulder and arm which had been stiff and painful. He carried out a thorough consultation, targeted treatment and provided strength and mobility exercises as continuing aftercare. Recommend.
