He is so knowledgable and really guided me through the appointment - about my hair type, how to style it, products to use and explained every step of what he was doing. I was looking for a new curly hairdresser in London and am so happy I’ve found Albert. Highlyyyy recommend !

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.

Sara is amazing, I’ve been coming to Sara for 3 years and even though I’ve moved out of London I have my monthly appointments with her in the diary! I completely trust Sara with my hair. Her bouncy blow-dry is great and lasts the whole weekend. From balayage to growing out my grey with care Sara has nailed my colour every time. My hair washes and dries beautifully after a bi-monthly cut with Sara—I can’t recommend her enough!! 💆🏻‍♀️💓👌🏼

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. the most heavenly experience. I had the 90min sculpt facial and honestly I think this is the best facial experience i ever had. I was so relaxed I went into a trance! April is so talented and incredibly thoughtful in making this a sensory experience - from the products she uses, to the music, white noise, room temp and aromatherapy.
