I came in for a consultation, Lauren was very warm and welcoming and explained all my options really clearly. I had a patch test for a treatment I’m interested in but there was no pressure to schedule a follow up appointment. However, I will definitely be returning!

Saw Jill today for removal of some facial melia and skin tags. She described in detail the Cryopen treatment and what would happen to the yreated areas over the next few days. The procedure was quick and virtually pain free - just a sensation of tingling. Her treatment room is lovely, light and airy, giving a atmosphere of relaxation and calm. A very knowledgeable, professional lady.

It was my first time with Lana and I’ve had a lovely experience. She was very informative about the facial treatment and the products used. She also helped identify the problems with my skin and recommended some lovely products to help with it. After a few days I can already see improvements to my skin. Flutura is an angel! She's a genuinely beautiful person and made me feel so warm and welcome. I had an advanced facial which we adapted to my specific skin needs. Flutura explained each part of the process in detail and showcased her incredible knowledge about skin care. The facial was incredibly relaxing and I felt like I could float out the door when we finished. I recently had a great experience at Olives! I had Botox/ Skin Booster and Lumi eye treatments, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Sema who administered the treatments was absolutely wonderful - she is so calm, professional, and reassuring. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in, and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Olives and especially the talented Sema who treated me. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give her ten stars if I could!

10/10 would recommend! It was definitely an experience beyond the lashes that I got (although they are beautiful). We had a short consultation before we started just for Ve to gage my thoughts on the look I was going for and also the lashes that will suit my eyes. She also walked through the process during the install and we had such an edifying chat. Loved it all and will definitely be back
