Flutura is an angel! She's a genuinely beautiful person and made me feel so warm and welcome. I had an advanced facial which we adapted to my specific skin needs. Flutura explained each part of the process in detail and showcased her incredible knowledge about skin care. Saw Jill today for removal of some facial melia and skin tags. She described in detail the Cryopen treatment and what would happen to the yreated areas over the next few days. The procedure was quick and virtually pain free - just a sensation of tingling. Her treatment room is lovely, light and airy, giving a atmosphere of relaxation and calm. A very knowledgeable, professional lady.

Love this place. I booked a hair colour change and the consultation was really good. A colleague of the chap who was doing my hair checked to make sure the colour would work well. I asked if they could do a trim at the end which I hadn't been able to book and that was no problem then a great blow dry. They really listen and give ideas for what will work. Unlike a couple of other hairdressers in Greenwich they don't rush you at all and everyone is friendly. Came away with a great haircut and colour, while more expensive than some it is definitely really good value for money.

Chloe is very professional - she's very friendly very confident - she explained the treatment, laser lipo and told me it works very well with skin regeneration ( radio frequency) but she wasn't pushy at all just said she wanted me to get the best results possible !! I'm now halfway through both courses and I couldn't be happier - I've lost inches and my skin is so much tighter - it's the best thing since sliced bread ladies !!
