Citrine team is quite professional. Nazia gave through consultation about what kind of treatment I should get for required problem. She talked me through all the steps during treatment. The procedure was painless. Previously have had treatments from Zaf and Mittal too. They are perfectionist. Soundous is the sweetest and most trustworthy practitioner I’ve met, having been to her multiple times for botox, lip filler, under eye treatment and microneedling, I would not choose to go anywhere else, amazing results every time, I can’t recommend her enough for any of your aesthetic or skin needs!

They make sure to do brow mapping before the bleach so you decide if you’re happy with the shape. The bleach didn’t sting much considering my skin can be sensitive and afterwards they put aloe Vera gel to help with any redness.

It was a wonderful experience, was a bit nervous at first but when the artist explained the process and talked me through each process asking me my preference of the shape of the brow and the colour, I was very much at ease and I’m absolutely delighted with my brows

Good friendly service, talked though each stage to make sure I was comfortable. I have sensitive skin so had a bit of a reaction to the bleach but was told it will go down. Overall good experience and eyebrows look really nice.
