I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. It was great! I had an Oxy facial and an Indian head massage. Erica was very nice and knowledgeable, and I like that she takes effort to get to know your skin as well as other factors that could be influencing your skin. My skin feels like new, and the head massage was very nice and relaxing and helped with annoying headaches I had on and off all week. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Myself and my daughter had a facial as I received a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a lovely experience for a first time. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Place was clean and smelt nice. Products left skin looking and feeling amazing. My only disappointments were my daughter was left with a bruise on her chin from the black head suction machine. During my head scalp massage the lady kept using one hand every now and then as she was on her phone with the other. This then took away from the experience.

Recently had a facial with Tatjana, and I’m absolutely thrilled! She is a true professional who works with such attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt radiant and hydrated afterwards. Tatjana is not only skilled but also such a lovely person to be around, making the whole experience even better. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking to pamper themselves and their skin.
