Jess is such a lovely lady, extremely professional and a very knowledgeable hairdresser. I feel so confident and at ease sitting in her Salon and not anxious at all of the outcome / end result like I have at previous salons. Jess has also given me great after care advice about products to use at home and how to use them which is worth its weight in gold in maintaining the brilliant condition she has managed to get my hair back to.
