After years of waxing I started to use laser at Ashford Laser Clinic about a year ago. A very thorough consultation and treatments. Brought back my confidence saying goodbye to those hairs I did not want! I’ve not looked back! The clinic is clean and modern. Jo has years of experience and I know I am in good hands.

I had a wonderful experience with **Lisa**. Before my full colour appointment, I had my patch test and a trim today. Lisa took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I'm really happy with my trim and can't wait to come back for my full colour appointment. I would definitely recommend Lisa and the salon!

Joanne is incredibly professional and friendly, which always makes the experience comfortable and easy. I’ve been using her hair removal services for a couple of years now and the results have been fantastic. The treatments are always carried out with great care and attention, and you can really see the long-term improvement over time. I would highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for effective hair removal.

Kelly is great; she is very knowledgable, kind and friendly, & made me feel comfortable when exploring treatment options. I have been having microdermabrasion and am seeing lots of improvement in my skin from this so far.

I cannot recommend Jo and her amazing laser highly enough! I have waxed my legs forever and I always hated the in-between bit where your legs are too hairy to have on show but not hairy enough yet to be waxed! With laser I can shave in between if I need to although now I've had a few sessions I don't need to shave very often at all. It is an absolute game changer and I'm so grateful I discovered the lovely Jo. She puts you right at ease and makes you feel very comfortable. Book an appointment now - you won't regret it!

I’m beyond happy with my complete laser epilation treatment — I’ve already forgotten what it feels like to be very hairy or have stubble the same evening! Joanne is incredibly friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. She truly listens, understands your needs, and senses your mood — happy to have a lively chat or let you relax with music. She’s also very reassuring during more painful moments. The space feels welcoming, not clinical, and everything is perfectly clean and sanitized. I highly recommend her to anyone considering laser epilation!

After a very stressful few weeks at work, I booked myself in for glass facial and added arm and hand massage. Kelly always makes you feel at ease and provided the most relaxing treatment and got my skin glowing again. I would highly recommend this place for value for money.

I had such a great experience with Jo! From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly. She was really professional, gentle, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. The treatment itself is quick and she constantly checks in to make sure I’m okay. The results have been amazing already and I’m so happy I decided to start my laser journey with her. Her space is clean, welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. I would 100% recommend her to anyone thinking about laser treatments ❤️

Brilliant results from my laser treatment, I’m so pleased. Jo explained everything clearly and talked me through each stage of laser and what to expect. From initial consultation, undergoing the sessions every 6 weeks through to top-ups, I can’t fault the experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service as always from Shelley! Shelley has a friendly manner and makes me feel relaxed whatever the treatment. Considering the difficult times we are all facing, shelley was very pleasant and had safety measures in place to help prevent the spread of germs! Always recommend Shelley, I don’t know anyone as passionate about their work as she is!
