I had a great experience at BellaDonna Aesthetics & Wellness DT Calgary with Daniela Henriquez. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained the Shape Shift intro fat reduction and body contouring process clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. I appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Hilary is always amazing. From the very first time I went to see her years ago she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is non-judgemental, never pressures retail or services on you. This was my first visit, and I’m usually very careful about where I go for my skin. But from the start, I felt comfortable and reassured. Joanna took the time to go through my intake form and asked detailed questions about my routine, lifestyle, diet, and products before starting anything. The consultation felt very professional. i have felt this relaxed before .

Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism. Everything was clean and well-organized. This is exactly the quality I was looking for. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joanna was fabulous. I had a 90 min deep Hydration facial treatment using a 130.00 gift card from huband. So worth it. I have dry sensitivity skin. All products are natural with no irritation. Joanna is very knowledgeable I had a great consultation how to care for my face & received samples of cleansers & moisturizer. Great all natural products no chemicals. My skin has never looked & felt so good. Products are very reasonably priced, less than the stuff I use from Shoppers drugs mart. I will be back again & highly recommended Joanna. She is very professional, clean & friendly. Thankyou

I tried the new Korean lash lift with a tint, and OMG it looks so good. Better than any mascara! I was nervous about things going near my eyes and Hillary made sure to explain what she was doing as we were going through the process. I was so relaxed and loved every minute of it, especially the end results!
