I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The salon is beautiful and clean, and Hannah is an incredibly talented stylist. I really appreciated how she took time to consult me and ensure that we're on the same page. We discussed a few options, and I loved how she explained pros and cons of each. Unfortunately I'm moving from London soon, but if that wasn't the case, I would be a loyal long-term customer :)
