Today was my first visit to willow, Lena was so friendly and made me feel like I had known her for years instantly. Great consultation and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it (most hairdressers panic and hold back when it comes to taking the weight, not Lena.) Extremely pleased with the result and will definitely be returning.

Very nice first appointment with Garry. Took his time prepping my hair before the wash and gave me a couple of treatments to take out the dullness and to lighten up my hair. Garry is new to Exeter and would like to open his own place, which I’m sure will be a success. Will be booking in again, for sure!
