Tharwah 🤗 the most beautiful, sweetest, caring and loving person I have ever known. She truly is the best at what she does and it definitely shows in her work. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. I'm not surprised, my experiences has always found Mushfiekah attentive and client- focussed. Seriously, if you need to pamper yourself, book with Mushfiekah!

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated.
