I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

I had my first facial with Emily today and it was absolutely amazing. She was so lovely and explained all the different stages and the effect it would have. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in very safe hands. Afterwards my face was glowing and felt so smooth. Thankyou so much, I’ll definitely be back for more treatments!

Gemma is professional and friendly and put me at ease from the get go being my first visit to her. I will say it however, it was the best wax I’ve ever had hardly felt a thing and the attention to detail is second to none. Will defintely be back thank you

Visited the lovely Rebecca for a Carboxin oxygen facial, it left my skin glowing and smooth. I like to mix up different treatments every month so this was the first time I have had this treatment, I highly recommended it.

I'm now a regular client of Kathryn's and has recommended her to others and continue to do so. I've had plenty of massages in and out of the UK, don't get me wrong some have been really good, but not half as good as Kathryn, she is AMAZING and has wands has fingers 🤣. Also, Kathryn was the 1st to do my dermaplaning as I knew I were in safe hands, twice now she's done it and I've loved the results each time 😍

What amazing treatment. I have never had micro-needing before Rebecca full explained what the treatment entailed before starting. I was made to feel super comfortable wrapped in a blanket with a heated blanket underneath me it was total bliss. Rebecca talked me through the treatment ensuring I was ok with the needle work. It wasn’t uncomfortable I actually enjoyed it. Afterwards I had a cooling mask applied with a gorgeous massage using pressure points. After I looked rejuvenated and glowing. My skin felt super smooth and soft. I would highly recommend Rebecca & her wonderful clinic.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend. Wow wow wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience having a facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.. I actually fell asleep, which never normally happens for me because I struggle to fully switch off. My brain thought of nothing. I feel leaner and less inflamed. I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. I would highly recommend.. Rebecca was my first ever lymph masseuse and safe to say it will now be a part of my health monthly maintenance. If you’re ever wondering if it’s worth it like I was…it is.

Nico is always so thorough and does a fantastic job. The rooms was lovely, peaceful and quiet so you can really relax. Definitely my new place for gels and pedicures in Sheffield.
