Knowing that Emma is a fully qualified nurse instantly put my mind at ease and gave me complete confidence in her care. ​She takes the time to thoroughly go through everything with you, working collaboratively to determine exactly what will best suit your unique facial features. It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. Gem was absolutely brilliant, I have never had an intimate wax before and I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The room is lovely too. Rebooked in the spot. It’s always a pleasure to visit Hayley. I tried something I’d not had before and went for a Hydrofacial and Dermaplaning. I was only planning on the Dermaplaning but when I saw Hayley did Hydrofscial too I had to have it. I would highly recommend both. My skin felt so smooth after and still does now. My skincare and make up glides on lovely.

I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend. I'm now a regular client of Kathryn's and has recommended her to others and continue to do so. I've had plenty of massages in and out of the UK, don't get me wrong some have been really good, but not half as good as Kathryn, she is AMAZING and has wands has fingers 🤣. Also, Kathryn was the 1st to do my dermaplaning as I knew I were in safe hands, twice now she's done it and I've loved the results each time 😍
