Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Phoebe was amazing! She gave me the most gorgeous cut for my curls and gave me lots of great advice on how to maintain them. Can't recommend enough!

Had such a nice massage today, i wanted henna which i didnt book in for but the lady was able to do a little pattern on my fingers which I loved 🥰 would definitely recommend

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

Always an amazing experience coming to Haven! Really quick with the waxing so it's over before you know it and had an absolutely perfect pedicure. Highly recommend!

Sue did an excellent job on my eyelashes. I had a hybrid individual lash combo with fans. They look really natural and I have had lots of positive feedback. I am writing this feedback a week later after they were put on and the lashes look as good as the day they were put in. So also value for money.

Erin was fabulous. She did my blow dry and curl exactly as i wanted it . Evan was very polite, courteous and professional. Very hospital offered me a latte made sure that I felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend Erin. Thanks for a fabulous New Year's Eve treatment Will definitely come again

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

Ian is fantastic, I love going for a blowdry and curl, he’s the best, it lasts me days! He’s super friendly and always has a story to tell, I enjoy my visits. The massage chairs are awesome too.

Such a lovely lady who is very talented at what she does & you can really tell she cares about doing a good job. Felt really comfortable and & in safe hands. Left feeling like a fresher, more confident me with some tips on how to keep my hair looking & feeling its best. Couldn’t recommend Violet more. Definitely the best haircut I’ve had in Coventry. Violet is the best hairdresser in Coventry. She’s considerate and professional , no matter what haircut I request, she always makes my hair looks fashion and fits with my face shape. She’s always full of patient to check with me if the length, thickness good enough. I always feel great after visiting Violet. To find a good hairdresser to have a good short haircut is not that easy, Violet is superb.

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.
