Dr Nancy is absolutely dedicated towards her clients to receive the best results. I’ve requested certain injectables, yet she thankfully has refused. She’s very friendly and available if you have concerns between procedures or after - she is always contactable. Importantly she is highly qualified. She had the most on depth knowledge of our skin, structure, muscle and immunity. Personally I would not trust anyone else to touch my face. I have not been personally asked nor paid by Dr Nancy.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx

I recently treated myself to a facial and dermaplane treatment with Vic, and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. Vic is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her every six weeks and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my skin. I had a peel with her today and already my skin feels incredible. She is so professional, so knowledgeable, and really knows her ins and outs when it comes to skin. She takes the time to understand your skin properly, answers every question, and always makes you feel so comfortable and looked after. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Kirsty was lovely. I don't feel that there is much difference in my lips. They are swollen from procedure. But when it has gone down. I'm not sure if there will be a difference.

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.
