Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. Natalie, the specialist, stood out with her expertise, reflecting a genuine passion for her work. The attention to detail during the procedure was remarkable. Abi was excellent, very quick and efficient while managing to tame my eyebrows that I, quite honestly, hadn't got done for ages as I'm new to Cardiff and was nervous to go to a new place. I'll definitely be back!

Accident of broken nail that had to be fixed today walked in to ask if broken nail could be fixed as leaving Cardiff first Thing to morning to travel to important family gathering if not fixed would of been in a lot of pain from nail and missing family funeral as had popped to travel last minute Most great ful staff At infinity had space to accommodate my required repair

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. It’s also the first treatment I’ve had where I saw results very quickly. grateful for the treatment and care given

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! The standard that Victoria has set with her business is exceptional. Thank you Ella and Posh Beauty team for amazing customer service and fabulous nails!

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Had such a lovely experience today ✨ My BIAB nails and lash lift with Sky turned out amazing—so precise and exactly what I wanted. Sky really took the time to make everything perfect, and the results speak for themselves. Finished it off with a pedicure by Lavena, which was equally great—super relaxing and left my feet feeling brand new. Overall, such a great service from start to finish. Highly recommend 💅

What a lovely experience with the gorgeous Emily. Communication was fantastic, the treatment room was lovely and relaxing and my face was so clear and rejuvenated after my appointment. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
