It was a really hot day today but inside the Loft Hair Expertise it was lovely and cool. I didn’t have to wait long and Chloe asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and asked if I wanted a drink. I love going to Chloe because she seems to know exactly what I want. I would definitely recommend The Loft Hair Expertise and Chloe.

Chloe always has a fantastic way of interpreting exactly what I want - even when I don’t know how to explain it. She always delivers a high quality result & is open and honest about what can be achieved in a session or with your hair. I have been seeing her for years now, every 6 weeks. 1st time visit here. I was looking for a good hairdresser that could rectify another hairdressers cut, and cut my fine hair well. I’ve come out feeling great. Superb cut! I generally don’t enjoy visiting hair salons ,but I will return here . Lovely hairdresser,calm,down to earth,sincere, listened to my hair concerns & easily put things right. I felt relaxed and my anxieties about getting my hair cut disappeared . In good hands . Best cut I’ve had in at least 8 years since moving area and trying to find a good hairdresser. Thankyou 🌺

I highly recommend Chloe, she is a perfectionist and a very talented hairdresser who is amazing at what she does! I previously had issues with my copper hair fading really quickly however have never had that issue since going to Chloe, she is always able to give me exactly what I ask for with my hair and I completely trust her. Not only is the colour amazing but she styles it beautifully afterwards too. I am a very nervous person when it comes to letting people do anything with my hair but I trust Chloe 100%. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The salon was lovely and cool inside. Chloe made me feel very welcome as we discussed what I was having done to my hair. I was offered drinks if I wished. My hair was washed and I had a head massage. Chloe cut my hair and styled it just how I wanted it. I will definitely be back for my highlights. Great place.
